Having some trouble getting a logged in and a ticket submitted with us? We have a couple tips to help as there are a few potential snags. Should you not have success you can always reply to an email and get in touch with us that way or reach out through our Chat Support for help during our hours of 10 am to 7 pm ET Monday through Friday and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday.
Some things to check when logging into submit your ticket would be:
- Enable Cookies, sometimes this notice can pop up two or three times
- With your purchase through AmericanMuscle an account would have been created for you so if its your first time select to Get a Password
- If using a mobile device or tablet try logging in on a desktop/laptop computer to get your information submitted for us.
- Use the zip code for your shipping address
