To locate your serial number, you can use two methods:
1. Turn the device over and locate the white sticker on the back of the device at the top (it is always best to follow step #2 because the sticker can be incorrect)
2. Plug the device into your vehicle or computer via USB cable to power it on. Scroll to the "Device Info" screen. The serial number will be displayed here.
