From time to time we see a device that gets put into Demo Mode. When this happens you may not be able to load a tune to the Mustang and can see some other odd occurrences. The easiest way to determine if your device is in Demo Mode is to look at the top of the screen on the Main Menu and it will say "Main Menu Demo" at the top. To turn this off please follow the steps below.
1.Scroll down to highlight Device Settings and select this.
2.Scroll down to Demo Mode and select into this
3.Then highlight the box for Off and select, this will turn Demo Mode off and allow your device to regain full functionality.
